Frequently Asked Questions

Check in / Check out
Check in 14:30 hrs (02:30 pm)
Check out 12:00 hrs (at noon)
Check in before 14:30 hrs is possible, given that the room is ready.
If the room is not ready yet, we shall store your luggage in our reception.
Deposit / Payment
(1) Reservations are valid for a period up to 3 days pending the receipt of a prepaid deposit into our account (Bank / PayPal / Credit Card).
Without receipt of this deposit no legal claims may be entertained.
(2) Cancellations must be made up to 30 days before your arrival date. Should you decide to cancel within this period a refund of 50% of your deposit will be made.
Should you cancel after this period you would forfeit your deposit.
Bank/PayPal/Credit Card fees are on your behalf.
We don’t accept credit cards or cheques in the resort!
Next ATM (BPI or BDO Bank) is ca 400 meters away from our resort.
Restaurant / Breakfast
We don’t have a restaurant. We don’t serve breakfast!
All our units come with a fully equiped kitchen
(Gas stove, rice steamer, water heater, fridge, pans, tableware, cutlery).
Next restaurant/bakery with attached deli shop is only 20meters away from our resort.
Grocery with articles for daily use is ca 400 meters away from our resort.
Our resort is NOT located at the beach and has no sea view!
The way to the beach is a short stroll along public road; ca 600meters.
Direct access to the beach through Alona Tropical is officially denied. Alona Tropical redemands PHP300.- for the passage, consumable in their restaurant.
The “center” of Alona beach with restaurants, bars, bank and so on is ca 400m away from the resort.
We don’t organize tours!
We help our guests to contact tour operators.
Transfer: Tagbilaran to Flower Garden Resort
Distance from Tagbilaran airport/pier to Flower Garden Resort/Alona Beach is ca 20km; ca 30minutes drive.
Taxi for 1-3 persons; ca PHP 500.-Van for 4-8 persons; ca PHP 600.-Tricycle; ca PHP 250.-
Transfer to the resort is not incl. in the room rate!
The resort is equiped with Wi/Fi. This service is free of charge!
Signal strength is good on balconies and terraces. Dep. on location of bungalow or house the signal strength at interior might be weaker.
Cleaning of the rooms takes place daily!
Bedding and towels will be changed every 3rd day.
If a premature change of bedding and towels is requested, we shall charge you the cleaning expenses.
The towels provided in your room are not intended for the beach!We don’t provide washing lotion and shampoo!
Layout houses and bungalows
House no.1 is equip. with 2 rooms 1st floor. 1 room with 1double bed (160x190cm) and aircon; and 1 room with 1 single bed w/o aircon. We can inst. 1 extra bed, in the room with the  double bed. You must pass through the bigger room to enter the small room Maximum cap. is 4 persons.
1 bathroom (shower + toilette) on ground floor.

Houses no.2 and no.3 are equip. with 2 rooms 1st floor. 1 room with 1double bed (160x190cm) and aircon; and 1 room with 1 single bed without aircon.
There is 1 addit. aircon room at ground floor with 2 single bed Maximum cap. is 5 persons.Kitchen, living room and shower/toilette are located at ground floor. Kitchen is attached to living room.
1 bathroom (shower + toilette) on ground floor.

Bungalows no.4 and no.5 for 3 persons maximum, are equip. with 1 double bed (160x190cm) and 1 single bed.
The bungalows have one living-/bedroom with attached shower/toilette.
Kitchen is outside on your own roofed terrace.

Bungalow no.6 for 2 persons maximum, is equip. with 1 double bed (160x190cm).Bungalows has one living-/bedroom with attached shower/toilette. Kitchen is outside on your own roofed terrace.
